Catterick’s 2025/26 National Hunt Season concluded on Wednesday 4 March, and we’re pleased to announce our Champion Owner, Trainer and Jockey for the season.

CHAMPION OWNER: Mrs Wilma Duffus

It was tight at the top of the Owners’ leaderboard this season, with five owners each recording two wins. The title therefore came down to placings, with Mrs Wilma Duffus being crowned Champion Owner for the second year in a row!

Mrs Duffus enjoyed success this season with the Sandy Thomson-trained MARTY MCFLY, who won at Catterick on 21 January and 4 March. She also recorded two second-place finishes with BRIDGE COURT on 16 December and 28 December.

CHAMPION TRAINER: Jonjo & A.J. O’Neill

The Trainers’ Championship was also closely contested, with the result decided at the final meeting of the season. A victory on 4 March, taking their total to six wins for the season, saw Jonjo & A.J. O’Neill secure the title.

CHAMPION JOCKEY: Jonjo O’Neill Jr

Having ridden all six winners for Team O’Neill this season, it is fitting that Jonjo O’Neill Jr also tops the Champion Jockey leaderboard.
