Owners & Trainers

Thank you for supporting Catterick Racecourse, we look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your day!

The complimentary allocation of Owners & Trainers badges is SIX per horse declared to run (applicable to sole ownership, partnerships or syndicates), and additional badges are available at a charge of £10.00 each. Additional Owners & Trainers food vouchers can be purchased for £15 each.

Catterick Racecourse uses the PASS system. Please ensure you have registered your attendance on PASS by 4pm the day before racing and remember to bring your PASS card with you on the day.

Upon arriving at the Racecourse, you can gain access via the Owners & Trainers Entrance, which is at the main entrance. All owners will be directed to park in the Owners Car Park on the opposite side of the road from the entrance. Parking is free of charge.

Once inside the racecourse your badge will give you access to all public facilities, as well as the new owners facility - The Dales Stand.

OWNERS & TRAINERS FACILITIES

The Owners & Trainers facilities are in the new Dales Stand with access to viewing from outside the parade ring and the main grandstand area.

Owners are welcome in the Parade Ring ahead of their race and Winning Connections will be permitted in the Winner's Enclosure after the race.

A two-course bistro style offering will be available from the Wensleydale Room and complimentary tea, coffee and snacks are available in the Swaledale Room, where a bar facility is also available. There is a tote facility inside the Dales Stand and bookmakers positioned just infront of the main grandstand.

Connections of the winning horse will be invited to have a celebratory drink following the presentations and will be given the opportunity to watch the race again.

COVID-19 Update

As the Prime Minister stressed, the coming weeks will require a significant degree of personal responsibility. Our recommendation is that all racegoers voluntarily do a self-administered Lateral Flow Test on the day of, or on the day before, racing for their own peace of mind.

The Government guidance around “hands, face, space, fresh air” remains appropriate advice to all individuals attending a raceday at Catterick. We will provide plenty of hand sanitiser, guidance and signage around the racecourse, to support this advice.

Government guidance to individuals regarding face coverings is that these are advisable when indoors or in a busy area. Please be aware that this is Government guidance to individuals, and as a venue we will not be mandating racegoers to wear face coverings, although it is advised that you do so.
