Facilities
Grandstand and Paddock Enclosure
The Grandstand and Paddock Enclosure allows racegoers access to all of the main racecourse facilities, including the Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure as well as offering excellent views of the Flat and National Hunt racecourse from either of the two tiered grandstands.
The Grandstand and Paddock Enclosure is served by a number of food and drink outlets. Whether you want a three course meal in the Winning Streak Restaurant or a light bite in the Furlongs Cafe, there is something to cover all tastes and budgets. In addition, hot and cold snacks can be found in the Champions Bar and Buffet and the Gods Solution Bar, which also offer full bar facilities along with the Parade Ring and Betting Shop bars.
This enclosure also offers a variety of betting mediums for racegoers, whether you prefer to walk through the betting ring, visit the Totesport Betting Shop or have a flutter at one of the many Totepool windows.
Course Enclosure
Situated in the centre of the track the Course enclosure provides a very good view of both the National Hunt and Flat racecourses.
The Course Enclosure has just undergone a major refurbishment, completed in May 2011 to greatly enhance the facilities. It offers food and drink facilities including bar facilities and at each meeting there are a number of on-course bookmakers and Totepool betting facilities available.
For the children there is an indoor children's play area as well as an outdoor playground and during the Summer Holidays and on Saturday Afternoons additional attractions are provided to keep younger racegoers entertained throughout the day.
Racegoers are permitted to bring picnics into this enclosure but are reminded that bringing alcohol into any of the racecourse enclosures is strictly prohibited and will be removed from those attempting to do so.
There is a limited amount of on-course parking in this enclosure.
Should you decide to transfer from the Course Enclosure to the Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure, please visit the Racecard and Transfer Point and purchase a Grandstand & Paddock ticket for £10.00
Car Parking
The main car parks are free of charge and provide access to both enclosures. However should you require trackside viewing there is a reserved car park at the south end of the site, on hard standing, where the charge is £3 per car. Disabled Parking is also located here
